no QC!

I am invited for Michael's b-day party this Saturday and therefore went to the mall to get him a present. Since I was running errands during lunch break, so decided to grab some easy lunch.

Then, i picked McD. and got myself the BigMac set meal. And, guess what??!! By the time i got back to office, after 5 minutes drive, i found out that they gave me a COLD burger and double-cooked soggy fries!!!!!!!! That was really unbelievable and disappointed!!! Not only the burger was cold, the bread was hard like stone! unbelievable!!! McD has no quality control at all!! The fries is the most disgusting part of the meal, it was cold soggy, and from the look, you could tell that it was being left out for long and they dumped it back to the fryer to heat it up again. arrrghhhhh......... ~_~

well, be grateful, YR & SM told me that. I should....................but but but.................I cannot stand that these people have no quality control!

Arman, Happy birthday!

There Are 'Yes' And 'Amen' In Christ

For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God. ~2 Corinthians 1: 20

People live a life of mediocrity because they always dwell in negative thoughts and limit themselves in every area of their lives. Sometimes it could caused by their background and maybe it could be due to the way they grew up. Because of the years of negative thoughts and very limited mindset they can't stretch themselves to live a life to the fullest potential. Let me give you some examples! I believe the "No" word gave a lot of impact towards many people since their childhood. "Mummy, can I play with my friends?" No (replied mummy). "Daddy can I go camping?" No (replied Daddy). I' m sure many of us have heard thousands of "No" from many different people since childhood. This "No" word still do impact us till today. We have developed such a mindset… "No, I can 't do this new task." "No, I'm not going to make it." "Oh no, this is so difficult for me." "No no no, this is not my cup of tea". The "NO" has became a norm for many of us. The fact is, God don't want you to live a life in such a way! Are God's plans a "NO" for you? It 's enough my friend, let 's stop here. Let a new thing develop in you today. God says, "For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "YES" in Christ. And through Him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God." 2 Corinthians 1: 20. From this day onwards, let the "YES" be rooted in you. Be confident because of who you are in Him. God says you're more than a conqueror in everything. Learn to say something like this …"Yes, I can do this job because God is with me". "Yes, I can make it because God will bring me through". "Yes, I' m healed by His strips". "Yes, I can do all things through Him who strengthens me". Hallelujah! This should be your mentality. Dearest, God will only let you to face the things that are within your capability. Surely you can do it what He wants you to accomplish. Nothing is impossible for the God who lives in you. The good news of Christianity came from God's promises and it is contained in the promises. What God promised human beings is good news indeed.

Prayer for Today
Father, thank you so much that You 're a possible God. All things are possible for You and I can do all things through You who always strengthens me. There are "Yes" and "Amen" in You, Lord. Nothing is too difficult for You. Father, help me to develop a "Yes" mentality within me. I want to see great things happening in my life through Your awesome power. Lord, I refuse to live a life of mediocrity but I desire to live a life for the full potential that You called me to be. In Jesus ' Name. Amen.

A nice meet-up dinner~

Met up with Yat Lun and Koon Yau for dinner last weekend in Sunway.

Have been wanting to try this and finally I got to!!! I am too busy with all the food and did not snap too much pictures. Well, I can tell you that the food is nice and is all you can eat style. Yes, buffet! And, the price is just right, RM19.90 per pax for dinner. They also serve finger food such as bbq wings and fried noodle for you to savor while we are waiting for our pot to boil. yum yum........

Being too greedy, I actually stuffed myself way over the limit with all the sumptuous food. Koon Yau and Yat Lun even got room for 2 BIG scoops of ice-cream, oh man! How many times I have told myself, NO MORE BUFFET! But but but, I just cannot resist the luring of the food~

Anyway, I am happy..............full and happy.............happy........... ^_______^

Footsteps

One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord.

Across the dark sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene, he noticed
two sets of footprints in the sand,
one beloning to him and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at thevery lowest and saddest times in his life.
This bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it.

"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the mosttroublesome times in my life
there isonly one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when I needed you most
you would leave me."

The Lord replied "My precious, precious child,
I love you and would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffereing,
when you see only one set of footprints in the sand,
it was then that I carried you."
